We recently hired Polanco Brothers to replace cedar siding as needed, paint the house, replace gutters, replace landscape lights and an install exterior door. House looks great!! This is the second project that I hired Polanco Brothers. I have been happy with them. The last project was my kitchen. They did a fantastic job. They demonstrated great flexibility, attention to details, high quality work, cleanliness, upbeat attitude, and prompt service. Initially hired Polanco Brothers to replace exterior rotted wood on my townhouse. I was so impressed by Kevin’s fair estimate, responsiveness and quality of workmanship that I hired them to do renovations inside my home. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and worked with me even as I made several changes during the renovation. Painted whole interior of the house, updated stairwell, updated Peninsula island and installed new ceramic tile floor, installed recessed lights throughout the house. I would highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Kevin and his brothers installed a new vanity with backsplash, replaced light fixture, fixed the flooring and painted my powder room. It looks beautiful. They also installed a subway tile backsplash, faucet and filter in my kitchen. Also beautiful! They installed a new storm door and also painted my foyer. They are on time, on budget, talented and friendly. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I couldn't be more thrilled about the work the polanco brothers did for us, painting, removing old carpet, laid new flooring, baseboards, and electric work. The brothers are so professional and very friendly. They cleaned up after their work was done everyday and were very prompt and only took a few days to complete all the work. Kevin and his team were the best choice we made for our kitchen upgrade! We received quotes from several contractors before choosing to go with Polanco brothers, but their knowledge and suggestions for the project stood out to us and ultimately were the reason we chose them. Kevin was responsive before, during, and after the project, and he/his team completed the work in a very timely manner. It's been months since they completed the work, but we still comment regularly how happy we are with tile work and overall finish. Great work! Kevin and his crew were quick, clean, and great at what they did. I had them replace a ceiling, add some lights, and fill in a doorway. They noticed some messed up drywall in the room they were working in and filled it in for me. They were very respectful of my home and took their shoes off every time they walked in the house without me even asking! I couldn’t believe how clean they left the job site even if they were coming back the next morning. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

I highly recommend the Polanco Brothers! I needed some drywall, painting, and carpentry (trim) work done in 3 rooms. Their work is excellent. Very good attention to detail and quality, which I really appreciate as someone who does a lot of renovation work myself. They actually fixed a bunch of drywall that a previous contractor had done a poor job on. I also really appreciated their professionalism. Each day they covered all of my furniture and flooring to protect it, and cleaned everything up at the end of the day -- which is no easy task when working on drywall and paint. These guys take pride in their work. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Polanco brothers have been helping renovate my entire home; we started in the backyard and progressed to inside the house. I made a to do list for each room in the house and they have been executing my ideas and have also made some excellent suggestions themselves. They have done it all - ripped out wall to wall carpeting in order to install wood flooring, installed a new sliding glass door, added lots of moldings throughout, replaced worn out faucets, added electrical outlets, installed new baseboard and door frames, painted the entire interior, installed drapery rods, hung the curtains, done ceramic tile in kitchen and bath - they have done it all. I am fussy about things in my house and they have been a pleasure to work with. The quality of their work is very good, they are trustworthy - have had their own key to the house and worked on projects when I was unable to be present. They continue to do yard work for me and have spray painted yard furniture for me. Kevin and his brother have become valued friends and hopefully will always help me maintain my house and yard.

Honest and hard working brothers provide many services. Recaulked our bathroom, repainted a foyer, hallway and bathroom, put in access panel for bathroom valve access today. They are thorough and do great work. Using them for several other projects in the future.

The Polanco Brothers did work for me October 2021. I initially contracted them to paint the inside of my three bedroom townhouse. As they begin to work, I saw the quality of their craftsmanship. I came to respect and admire their dedication, promptness, professional, attention to detail and their overall determination to do a good job. They completely exceed my expectations and they beat out two other contractors in cost. They are multi-talented. They painted walls and ceilings, did cabinetry work for me, reset my French- doors to my outside deck (that another contract installed incorrectly) did the back splash in the kitchen, they measure and hung all the blinds in my home, they power wash the house. They job was done with care. It was wonderful working with true professionals. Your home is your investment, and who you chose to do work in it matters. The Polonco Brothers did a fantastic job on a few projects at my house. I had a water leak from my roof that was fixed by a roof company but the damage from the water created mold in my guest bedroom closet. The Polonco brothers were able to remove the mold and finish the closet like nothing had happened. Another project needing attention was my ceiling in the master bedroom was coming loose from the beams. They were able to nail the ceiling back up to the beams and were able to repaint the dark charcoal bedroom. I had them do 1 wall an accent wall, a pastel green with vertical wood evenly spaced and the other walls white. The room is completely transformed and they worked very professionally and respectfully. I am very happy with the room and their work. I would recommend them to anyone else and would have them come back instantly.

The Polanco Brothers came as a recommendation and were able to turn a rough design sketch on paper into a beautiful artistic accent wall (covering two floors) with the use of moulding and a new coat of paint. In addition to carpentry and painting, they fixed multiple areas of drywall damage. Effort was made to protect all areas as they worked and my NW DC home was left as clean as they found it. Nelson and Kevin are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. As someone who is unfamiliar with construction, they answered my many questions and walked me through the process. I am more than happy with the quality work provided and the amazing customer service. The Polanco Brothers offer a number of services and I would definitely give them a chance on any of them.

Kevin and his team did a major remodel of my master bathroom, including marble tile work. The work was perfect, detailed and of highest quality. He constructed an entire shower stall with a niche and a bench. He and his team were professional, friendly and timely. I would give him the highest rating and am using him now to work on a second bathroom.

Solid work for a great price. We had our kitchen renovated with new cabinets, hood, backsplash, electrical, sink plumbing, and both under/over cabinet lighting installed. Very impressed with the job Kevin and his team did and would highly recommend them.
